Mississippi Lime’s mine rescue team finished first place overall at the 35th Annual Mine Rescue Competition held at Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, Missouri in mid-September. In addition to earning first overall, the rescue team also won “Best in Missouri,” first place in the bench man contest and first place in the field competition. Hinman is the Head of Schools at Valle Catholic, a position he has held since July, 2016. Nelson is the Ste. Genevieve County Presiding Commissioner, a position he has held since 2011. Formed in 2013, the members of Mississippi Lime’s Community Advisory Panel work with Mississippi Lime to gather direct and meaningful feedback about the company, to present and discuss any needs and concerns of the community, represent the community in discussions with the company and help relay appropriate information back to the community. “Mississippi Lime is very proud of our long history in Ste.
